The location seemed nice in the middle of jackson. And it's within walking distance of Akebono, ate there once or twice.
The staff were unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

We loved the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location near a serene pond. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel's breakfast options were delicious, and transportation around this city was convenient and easy.
Hard to think of anything negative. The only minor drawback was the high prices at the spa and for food and drinks.

The hotel offers a beautiful spa with hot/cold pools and sauna/steam rooms, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are impressively designed and the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to the main station and underground. The garden is also a beautiful feature.

The hotel I stayed at during my business trip was incredible. The architecture and decor were stunning. When it came to dining, the restaurant had a fantastic selection of dishes and the presentation was first class. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. What I liked best was the location gave easy access to all the key sights and attractions in the city without having to travel for long.
There were only a couple of small issues during my stay. The first was the view from the room;
